取消「陽光計劃夏學遊2020」，迎來溫哥華本地服侍項目

由於近日新型冠狀病毒疫情已定性為國際公共衛生緊急事件，暫時亦未知控制疫情方面的發展，所以我們經慎重考慮後，決定取消今年7月到中國的「陽光計劃夏學遊」。取而代之，我們會在溫哥華舉行另一項「陽光計劃」活動，以服侍低收入家庭及其小孩。請繼續留意關於這項活動的最新消息。

文更生的最新消息

文更在中國支助的學生主要在廣西和雲南，我們的同工們已聯絡和了解過，暫時未有發現文更生或參與過陽光計劃的學生，有與新型冠狀病毒疫情的相關事宜。據我們了解，基於安全理由，很多學校已經延長了農曆新年假期。感謝您對文更生的關心和為到在中國及全球受疫情影響的每一位禱告。

Project Shine Summer Trip 2020 is cancelled and will be replaced by Local Serving Project

After much consideration due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, “Project Shine China Summer Trip” that originally runs in July 2020 is cancelled. Instead, we will be running “Local Project Shine” summer serving activities in Vancouver for inner-city kids and families. More details to come, stay tuned for updates! 

Update with our sponsored students in China 

As you may know, CRRS’s main region of student sponsorship is in Guangxi and Yunnan, our staff has been in contact with some of the students. As of now, we have not heard any cases of contraction of coronavirus from our sponsored students and alumni in China who have communicated with us. From what we know, some schools are postponing classes for safety reasons after the Chinese New Year holiday.  Thank you for your heartfelt concern and prayers for all those affected by the virus in China and worldwide.
